And since the very beginning of the adventure, he has enjoyed adding his personal touch to the classics of yesterday and today.

Our marbled beef is distinguished by the strands of fat that run through it. During cooking, it is the melting of this fat that guarantees an explosion of flavours and unmatched tenderness with every bite.

Few restaurants in Quebec can compete with our approach, as our meat is delivered in whole pieces. Our Chef, meticulous about detail, prepares it carefully after cutting it himself, then lets it age to its optimal point. Each piece is then grilled to perfection over maple charcoal and finally, it is ready to be enjoyed.
